HOW YOU KEEP PATIENT RECORDS?

Your records are handled by a specialized electronic medical record system called OSCAR. They are kept in a secured manner and you may call our office at 416-609-3333 more details.


WHO IS SEEN FIRST AT YOUR URGENT CARE CENTRE?

The clinic operates on a “first come, first serve” basis. Please note that we may need to attend to those patients who may need immediate medical care.


WHAT IS YOUR CLINIC HOURS?

Open all 7 days including Holidays!

  • We open on weekdays (Monday – Friday) : 9AM – 9PM
  • We open on weekends (Saturday – Sunday) : 9AM – 4PM
  • We open on Statutory Holidays from : 9AM – 4PM

* Due to any unavoidable circumstance, any change in working hours will be reflected in our Google Page, on a daily basis.


WHO DO YOU SEE?

The Markham McNicoll Urgent Care Centre ( MMUCC) sees any patient who is in need to see a doctor.(except life threatening emergencies). Visit our clinic or please call us on 416-609-3333 for details on our policies and procedures regarding patients who do not have a valid health card and we will be happy to serve you.


WHO ARE YOUR PHYSICIANS?

Our doctors are professionals, and several of our doctors have years of experience in working in an urgent care environment. Our highly skilled multicultural physicians are courteous and deeply care for the well- being of our patients. They manage a vast range of medical emergencies for you such as casting fractures and suturing lacerations so you don’t have to wait in a hospital emergency room for a long period of time to be treated for a non-life threatening emergency or an injury.
